  1. 5big potatoes
  2. Cooking oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut it into 4 equal shapes.

  2. 2

    Smear Salt on top it.Put cooking oil in a pan to heat up.

  3. 3

    Dip the potatoes in the hot boiling cooking oil..

  4. 4

    Let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes.Remove it from the pan.

  5. 5

    Serve while hot.
