Ingredients

  1. 2tilapia filets
  2. 1lemon; zested
  3. 1 1/2 tsplemon peel seasoning
  4. 1 1/2 tspdried parsley
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1olive oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Coat filets with enough oil to cover. Squeeze half the lemon over the fish. Season. Bake at 400° for approximately 5-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
