  2. 1 tbsplight mayonnaise
  3. 1 tbsplime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  4. 1/2lime, zested
  5. kosher salt
  6. ground black pepper
  7. onion powder
  8. 1/2 cuppanko bread crumbs
  9. 4tilapia filets
  10. 1 cancooking spray

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 435°F

    Coat cooking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray

    Combine topping ingredients and mix in bowl

    Place dry tilapia filets on cooking sheet

  5. 5

    Spread mixture over the dry tilapia filets to ensure topping adherence

  6. 6

    Sprinkle panko bread crumbs over filets

  7. 7

    Bake for approximately 20 minutes (or until the tilapia flakes apart when touched)

    Serve with lime wedges, brown rice, and oven roasted asparagus
