Ingredients: 3 cup of leftover sirloin steak, sliced thin and trimmed of any fat.; 1 medium onion chopped small; 3 tbsp butter; 1 1/2 tbsp flour; 14 oz beef broth; 1/2 cup milk; 2 tbsp tomato paste; 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp ground thyme; 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper; 2 tsp gravy master or swanson beef booster; 1/2 cup -1 cup of sour cream (I prefer only 1/2 cup but you may like more sour cream); 1 Cooked buttered noodles (I cook two packages because my husband eats three plates of stroganoff)

My husband will ONLY eat left over steak prepared this way. Its so delicious and although it requires quite a few ingredients, its so simple to throw together. Enjoy!!
