Steps

Take wheat flour in a large bowl and add salt and oil. Make soft dough. Keep aside.

Mix all the ingredients of stuffing.

Roll out roti and put little mixture in center and cover it and make ball.

Now again roll it and make little thick paratha.

Heat griddle....cook paratha on both sides applying oil / ghee on medium flame.

Serve hot with mint chutney / ketchup / curd or pickle of your choice.
