Fried spaghetti and potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 4medium sized potatoes peeled&boiled
  2. 100 gspaghetti
  3. 1sliced onion
  4. 3medium tomatoes
  5. bunchdhania
  6. 1/3 tbsroyco
  7. cooking oil
  8. salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place onions and cooking oil in a sufuria

  2. 2

    When slightly brown add hoho and stir.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and stir then allow them to soften for a minute or 2

  4. 4

    Add dhania and the potatoes.

  5. 5

    Stir for a minute and the spaghetti.

  6. 6

    Add royco mixed in ½ cup of water. Add salt and turn heat to medium.

  7. 7

    Keep checking to make sure it does not burn at the bottom add water if necessary.
