Flour-free Ikayaki Savory Squid Pancake

I saw this on TV once, so I tried to make it from memory. There aren't many ingredients, so it's rather easy. It's good if you're watching your blood sugar or weight because it doesn't call for flour.
To really make it delicious and fragrant, be sure to press on it with the spatula real well.
If you try to flip it diagonally, the eggs will break, so try to flip it straight. It will take a bit of time to get it right, but it's worth it.

Slice the rings of squid to open them up. Chop the tentacles into pieces, too.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the squid.

Once the squid has cooked through, slightly beat the eggs and pour on top of the squid.

Press down on the mixture with a spatula to spread it out evenly.

Once browned, flip it over. It will break apart easily, so be careful! Once again, press down with the spatula to even it out and evaporate the moisture.

Once the moisture has evaporated, the eggs have cooked through, and it's lightly browned, it's done!

Top as you like with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise! If you're watching your egg intake, use 2 eggs.
