Mix all ingredients together

Use pastry brush and brush mix in cake pan before adding you cake mix

put leftover in sealed container and put in fridge for next cake

will do about 10 cakes and can be used for any type of cake even chocolate cakes

For Gluten Free version use Almond Flour instead of wheat flour
