Boil potatoes UNTILL tender and put them in an ice bath,peel and dice them,put on low heat tablespoon of butter corn and onion ,carrots to tenderize,I put four potatoes back in the boiler and smashed them,heated heavy cream and cup of milk and added to smashed potatoes,add sour cream bacon n cheese and the rest of the potatoes ,corn, onion carrots turn on low heat .i wisk 3 teaspoon of flour with rest of the milk UNTILL creamy,added it and salt n pepper to the potatoes and simmer.
