Ingredients

  • 4bananas
  • 1/2 cupunflavored oil (Carnola oil, Sunflower seed oil, ect)
  • 300 mlsoy milk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 cupchopped walnuts (or your favourite nuts)
  • dried fruit (optional, I used slice apple)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash 3 bananas and slice 1 banana

  2. 2

    Mix mashed banana with oil, soy milk and sugar

  3. 3

    Sieve in the flour and baking powder. Stir everything together with rubber spatula.

  4. 4

    Add sliced banana, nuts and dried frite.

    Pour the batter in loaf pan lined with baking paper or aluminium foil cup. Bake at 180°C for 30-45 minutes.

  6. 6

    Keep the banana bread 24hr before serve for better taste.
