  1. 2/3 cupbutter, melted
  2. 2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 2 largeeggs
  4. 2 tbsphot water
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 2/3 cupcocoa powder
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 tspbaking powder
  10. 1/4 tspsalt
  11. 1 cupwhite chocolate chips
  12. 2/3 cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, hot water and vanilla.

    Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
