This is a family recipe,my Gram would make this and macaroni salad and a large ham on Dec 31st so that on New Years day her 9 children would leave her be so she could have one day off a year and watch the Mummers day parade in Philadelphia.

This is a family recipe,my Gram would make this and macaroni salad and a large ham on Dec 31st so that on New Years day her 9 children would leave her be so she could have one day off a year and watch the Mummers day parade in Philadelphia.

Boil potatoes whole with skin until soft. Cool, remove skins & slice into cubes.

Boil eggs, cool and slice into cubs

Minced onion & celery
- 4
Combine potatoes, eggs, celery & onions. Then add mayonnaise to cover completely. You want to make sure you have everything covered plus a little more.

Then add sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate till cold.
