Steps

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Season chicken fillet with salt, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice in a shallow bowl. Marinade for 30 minutes.

In a separate shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Dredge each fillet to bread crumb mixture and turn to evenly coat.

Arrange in a shallow baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink and done.

Serve hot!
