  • leavesCoriander
  • Black pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • 1large onion
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1 tbstomato paste

    Cook the beef with little water

  2. 2

    Add onions and spices and fry for 15 mins

  3. 3

    Add tomato and cook for a short while

  4. 4

    Add tomato paste and cook for 15 mins

  5. 5

    Simmer with little water till cooked serve

  6. 6

    Make chapati and enjoy
