  • 1 3/4 lbbroccoli
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/4 ozenvelope of Chinese duck seasoning
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupcold water
  • 1 tbspcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    Cuthe chicken quarter inch thick

    Spray a pan with nonstick

    Add chicken to hot pan cook turning to cook meat evenly

    Add duck spice

    Add broccoli and then spices and cup of water

    Let steam mix well

    Mix cornstarch amd cold water pour into boiling liquid let thicken stirring welk to coat the chicken and broccoli
