Ingredients

  • 4 ozsmoked turkey from the deli
  • 2swiss cheese slices about 2 oz.
  • 1sweet pickle bread & butter chips small hand full
  • 2 slicesourdough bread
  • 1mayonnaise & mustard to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put pickles on bread. Blot with other bread slice.

  2. 2

    Assemble sandwich alternating turkey, cheese & pickles.

  3. 3

    Spread mayo & mustard to taste on bread.

  4. 4

    Press gently, cut in half & serve.

My name is David. I am an old country boy from east Tennessee. Newspaper editor, English teacher & truck driver are a few of my former jobs. I am now a pensioner. Though there are mobility issues ini my life now, for years I hiked, cycled, paddled canoes & crewed on sailboats.
