Steps
- 1
First, toast and butter an english muffin.
- 2
Add your slice of 100% mild cheadder. Not processed.
- 3
Cook your bacon as directed to the way you like it. Add that to your english muffin.
- 4
In a medium sauce pan add your 1 tbsp of butter. Melt it over a medium heat.
- 5
Take a lid from a mason jar and put the lid lip side down in the melted butter.
- 6
Add your large egg to the lid of the mason jar. With a fork or knife, break the yolk so it spreads out. Now is the time to add the salt and pepper.
- 7
Once that is done, add 2 tbsp of water to the frying pan and place a lid over the egg. The steam from the water will help the cooking process. Cook until finished. About 3 to 4 minutes.
- 8
Once cooked, fork out the egg from the lid of the mason jar and add it to the english muffin.
- 9
Add the slice of beef steak tomato. Salt and pepper to taste, maybe a splash of mayo.
- 10
To finish it off add a hashbrown and some peamael bacon to complete your breakfast. What a way to start your day.
