Ingredients

45 minutes
2 servings
  • 1/2 kgpork
  • 1large onion
  • 1medium piece of garlic
  • 1green pepper
  • 4medium tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • 2royco cubes

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a cooking pot add 2 cups of water and add the pork to boil

  2. 2

    As it boils on the other hand start preparing the ingredients

  3. 3

    When the water is over add enough cooking oil to fry the pork

  4. 4

    Fry until golden brown then add the onions

  5. 5

    Do not the onions for too long or turn brown just enough then add the garlic

  6. 6

    Add green pepper cook for a while then add tomatoes.Let the tomatoes to cook well until soft and smoothy then add the royco cubes, salt and a half cup of water

  7. 7

    Close and leave to coik for a while then remove when ready.

  8. 8

    Serve with ugali
