In frying pan put your 4 tablespoons of bacon fat and your 4 tablespoons of flour together on low heat. Then mix well or until smooth.

Add in 2 cups of milk and constantly stir until it begins to thicken. Then add salt and pepper to taste.

Take Beef meat and slice into thin stips. Then add into the gravy and stir.

Toast the bread and top it with the gravy beef mixture. Serve warm.
