Combine first 5 ingredients.

Rub Steak with herb mixture. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in large, heavy skillet over med-hi heat

Cook steak 7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove and cover loosely with foil.

Reduce heat to medium, heat remaining 1tbsp of oil to pan, and sauté shallots and grapes 5-6 minutes or until grapes begin to soften.

Remove from heat, and let stand 1 minute. Stir I vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Slice steak against the grain into thin slices. Arrange on a serving dish, spooning grapes and cheese over meat. Sprinkle with additional fresh herbs if desired.
