4 eachrusset potatoes diced (small)
1 lbchicken diced (medium)
1 lbbacon cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cupshredded cheese
1/2 cupheavy cream
4 ozcream cheese
4 tbspbutter

preheat oven 350

Melt butter, whipping cream and butter on stove

layer half of the potaoes on the bottom in an 8x8 casserole dish

place half the chicken on top of the potatoes

salt and pepper

sprinkle half of the bacon

sprinkle half of the cheese
8

repeat all layers

Pour cream cheese, whipping cream and butter over top
10

bake covered for 90 minutes

uncover foil and return to oven for 30 minutes
