1/2 cupsoftened salted butter
2/3 cupsugar
2eggs
1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
1/2 cupmilk
1 tspground cinnamon
2 tbsphoney
1 tspbaking powder

Steps

Cream butter and sugar. Add in eggs one by one and whisk till combined.

Add flour, baking powder and milk. Mix well to form batter.

Pour into a loaf pan or cake pan.

In another small bowl, mix honey and cinnamon. Pour over the cake batter and with a spoon, slowly spread and swirl it across the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 45 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clear.
