Ingredients

  1. 2 lbbrussel sprouts
  2. 1olive oil, extra virgin
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tbsponion powder
  7. 1 tbspcajun seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice brussel sprouts ends off and cut sprout in half.

  2. 2

    Arrange sprouts flat side down in lines on a cookie sheet.

  3. 3

    Mix dry seasonings in a bowl or empty seasoning shaker. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  4. 4

    Drizzel thin lines of olive oil over sprouts.

  5. 5

    Shake a lite even layer of dry seasonings over sprouts.

  6. 6

    Bake at 375 until tender and top leaves start to crisp and blacken.

  7. 7

    Serve with care. Kids may devour them and leave no leftovers.( dont tell them thier sprouts till thier gone)

These were great. Easy to make. Will make again. I added a good couple of shakes of cumin to the recipe. :-)
