Fry chicken pieces until coloured, add salt, pepper and garlic granules and mix well. Remove chicken put into a greased crock pot with lid..

Use frying pan to melt butter and add chopped onions. Saute onions until opaque in colour. Then add cut mushrooms, fry for 3 minutes stirring. Add Black Pepper and Sweet peppers mix well then transfer to crock pot with chicken stir to mix.

Stir mix well bring to the boil reduce heat to simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.

Add lemon, stock, water, can of chicken and mushroom soup mix. At the end stir in corn flour mixed in a small amount of water and stir in to thicken. If you want it thicker just add another heaped teaspoon of corn flour to a small amount of water.

Serve with boiled new potatoes or potato wedges. If you like it not thickened, you can have crusty cobs to dip in.
