Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 4each tilapia filet
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1lemon and pepper seasoning (generous)
  4. 6each corn or flour tortillas (your choice)
  5. 1small bunch of cilantro chopped (a must to me)
  6. 1 cupgrated mexican cheese (or whatever you like on your tacos)
  7. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes (optional)
  8. 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  9. 1 dashsalt

    Melt butter in skillet

  2. 2

    Add tilapia filets and sprinkle generously with lemon.pepper seasoning and dash of salt

  3. 3

    Break up filets as it cooks. Cooks very quickly about 6-8 minutes.

  4. 4

    Warm tortillas and garnish with cilantro,onion, cheese and tomatoes.

  5. 5

    So good and healthy!! ENJOY this guilt free dinner.
