Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupheavy cream
  2. 1/4 cupplus 2 tablespoons sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Put the cream and the sugar in the bowl and whip on high speed with a mixer.

    *DON'T OVERMIX OR YOU'LL END UP WITH BUTTER!*

  3. 3

    **The cream can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.**

  4. 4

    ***Whisk by hand to refresh before using.***

  5. 5

    ****This works really well to fill and ice cakes.****

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old.
