I hated whipped cream until I tried some homemade. Its a whole other animal! With a little vanilla extract and stevia to kick up the sweet, this will go great on fresh fruit or baked goods.

Cooking Instructions

Pour cream and vanilla extract into a bowl and whip with stand or hand mixer. You're looking for loose peaks, so once you start to see that it's becoming a bit more viscous lift the whisk out of the cream and a peak should form that flops over to the side. The pictures a little past loose.

Add in confectioner's sugar and a pinch of stevia. Literally a pinch.

Mix on medium for another 5-10 minutes until the sugar incorporate and you are seeing stiff peaks(peaks that stay standing up straight. Youve just made your own whipped cream! You can serve immediately, or store in the fridge for about 3 days before it starts to break down.
