  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tsptumeric
  4. 2-4bread slices
  5. as neededOil for frying

    Mix besan, salt, turmeric, and water and make semi thick paste.

  2. 2

    Cut bread into triangle. Deep each slice in besan batter. Remove excess and deep fry it.
