Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsground turkey
  2. 1green pepper finely chopped
  3. 1/2onion finely chopped
  4. 3/4 cupchicken broth
  5. 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
  6. 15.5 ozcan spicy chili beans
  7. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  8. 1 Pkgfavorite chili seasoning mix
  9. 2 TBSchili powder
  10. 1 tsppepper
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. Olive oil
  13. Garnishes (optional)
  14. Chopped green onion
  15. Finely shredded Mexican cheese
  16. Cilantro
  17. Dollop sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté green pepper and onion in oil (as needed) until soft, ~5 min, add turkey and cook until cooked thoroughly, add in garlic, Mix and drain.

  2. 2

    Add turkey mixture to crockpot and add remaining ingredients (excluding garnishes) cook low for 1 1/2 hours or high for an hour. Serve with favorite garnishes
