Heat up frying pan and pour vegetable oil after 30secs, add onions and saute for 10secs, then add mushrooms,

Stir continuously, then add Tomatoes and pepper, allow it fry through for another 3mins,

Add beaten eggs and scramble till its cook through
- 4
Serve with any food of your choice I had mine with boiled plantain
