This is my first time at attempting mosa based on helen recipe but you can added a little salt to diffuse the sweetness abit
Steps

Add 2tsp of water to your yeast in a cup and mix it to dissolve very well and put away.

Peel your plantains and mash it with a fork very well and you can blend them too if you want a smooth paste.

Sieve your flour and baking powder together then add in your salt and mix it.
- 4
Add your yeast to your flour and add little water to it. Add in the mash plantain and mix together.
- 5
Cover it and let it rest for 3mins before you fry with vegetable oil, your Mosa is ready.
