  2. 1 lbGround sausage
  3. 2 cupInstant rice
  4. 3 cupBell peppers (diced) any color
  5. 1Salt & pepper
  6. 46 ozWater (use tomato juice can)
  7. 1 cupCelery (diced)
  8. 1/2 smallOnion (diced)
  9. 3Beef bullion cubes
  10. 1 canDiced tomatoes

    Brown sausage and onion.

  2. 2

    In a large pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil stirring often.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
