Mix all the ingredients except for charcoal and oil.

Smoke after all ingredients have been mixed with chicken

When smoking, take a large onions shell, pour oil in it and stick it in the centre of your chicken mix.

Then set the coal on fire and get it smoking. When it is red hot, stick it in the oil and immediately coved the dish so no smoke can escape.

Leave for an hour at least.

Then take out. Form chicken into patties and fry like burgers or in longer cylindrical shapes.

Serve with an Arabic salad. And pita bread
