  • 1 canTomato juice
  • 1 lbGround sausage
  • 2 cupInstant rice
  • 3 cupBell peppers (diced) any color
  • 1Salt & pepper
  • 46 ozWater (use tomato juice can)
  • 1 cupCelery (diced)
  • 1/2 smallOnion (diced)
  • 3Beef bullion cubes
  • 1 canDiced tomatoes

    Brown sausage and onion.

  2. 2

    In a large pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil stirring often.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
