Pre heat to 400

Mix all ingredients together all but the roll mix

Mix to sugar and cinnamon together put to the side

Once mixed roll in your hands a small ball depending on how big you want your cookies

After rolling it in your hands put it into roll mix get it all over it and place on a lightly greased pan or parchment paper

Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
