Remove the red leaves

Remove the hard stem and transparent petals

Now chop the flowers nicely into small pieces and boil it with salt

Dice the potatoes into cubes

Prepare a batter of curd,garam flour,roasted masala powder,salt, chillies

Descicate the coconut and chop the strips of coconut

Heat a pan add oil and fry balls of the batter,keep aside

Now add the whole garam masala red chilli bay leaf in the Pan.

Fry the chopped coconut

Add the potatoes fry with salt and turmeric

Now fry the ginger paste chilli powder jeera and dhaniya powder

Add the boiled banana flower and mix well. cover it with the lid

Once it get nicely mixed with all the ingredients add tomato puree and dessicated coconut

Pour the milk and rice flour.mix it.

Add the fried balls and cover.cook it for ten minutes in low falme

Finally add one tablespoons ghee and garam masala mix it and switch off the fire
