Ingredients

  • 1banana flower(small)
  • 2potatoes (cubed)
  • 1/2 cupdessicated coconut
  • 2-3 stripscoconut nicely chopped
  • 1/4 cupHung curd
  • 1/2 cupBengal gramn flour
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves nicely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonJeera powder
  • 2 teaspoonDhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoonGinger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonChilli powder
  • Whole spices
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tspdhaniya
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 tablespoonRice flour
  • 1/2 cupTomato puree
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1 tbspGhee

Steps

    Remove the red leaves

    Remove the hard stem and transparent petals

  3. 3

    Now chop the flowers nicely into small pieces and boil it with salt

  4. 4

    Dice the potatoes into cubes

  5. 5

    Prepare a batter of curd,garam flour,roasted masala powder,salt, chilli​es

  6. 6

    Descicate the coconut and chop the strips of coconut

  7. 7

    Heat a pan add oil and fry balls of the batter,keep aside

  8. 8

    Now add the whole garam masala red chilli bay leaf in the Pan.

  9. 9

    Fry the chopped coconut

  10. 10

    Add​ the potatoes fry with salt and turmeric

  11. 11

    Now fry the ginger paste chilli powder jeera and dhaniya powder

  12. 12

    Add the boiled banana flower and mix well. cover it with the lid

  13. 13

    Once it get nicely mixed with all the ingredients add tomato puree and dessicated coconut

  14. 14

    Pour the milk and rice flour.mix it.

  15. 15

    Add the fried balls and cover.cook it for ten minutes in low falme

  16. 16

    Finally add one tablespoons ghee and garam masala mix it and switch off the fire
