Put the rice to cook for Twenty minutes.

Let the rice cool.

Put some oil in a pan then add the coriander leaves and grated carrots.

Let it cook for three minutes. add the already cooked liver pieces.

Cover the pan. let the liver cook for ten more minutes. add some salt.

Add the already cold cooked rice into the mixture in the frying pan.

Stir. cover the pan and let it cook for five more minutes.

Our food is ready to serve
