Cut you whole chicken into smaller pieces for easier cooking

Boil you raw chicken for an hour to tenderize whilst preparing the other ingredients. Chop the onions and tomatoes to small pieces

This is what the boiled chicken pieces will look like. Start the frying process. Add the 3 tablespoonful of cooking oil to sufuria (pan) and use moderate heat.

Add the onions and let to fry for 2 minutes. Then add the boiled chicken pieces and stir to mix for 2 more minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes to the mix and cover with lid for 6 minutes to ensure the tomatoes are cooked and integrated into the mix well.

Add about 100 ml of water for soup and add salt. Leave to cook until it boils should take 30 minutes minimum. After this step your Chicken stew is ready you can serve with ugali,irio,rice or chapati. Hope you enjoy it.
