Ingredients

2 serves.
  1. 300 gflour
  2. 1onion diced
  3. 2large tomatoes
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 tbsproyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut beef into small pieces wash and put to boil.

  2. 2

    Add in water and some meat tenderizer to tenderize the meat.

  3. 3

    When soft, add in onions fry until soft, then add in tomatoes and stir. Stir until soft.

  4. 4

    Add in water to create soup. Boil for afew minutes.
