Ingredients

20 minutes
4.ppl
  1. 200 gsooji
  2. 50 gbesan
  3. 1 cupsugar powdered
  4. 4 cupswater
  5. Cardamom..3-4 powdered
  6. 10-15Pistachios
  7. 5-10Almonds
  8. Rose petals fresh washed for garnishing n decoration
  9. Desi ghee..100g

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Put wok on a gas flame and add sooji for roasting

  2. 2

    Roast sooji by constant stirring it...till it starts leaving it's aroma and becomes light brown..

  3. 3

    At this stage add besan and roast it along wth the sooji just for 3 minutes more.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile in another pan take water n boil it and add sugar in it see that it dissolves completely..

  5. 5

    Switch off the gas flame.

  6. 6

    Pour this sugar solution in the roasted sooji besan n stir it constantly to avoid lumps and also attains desired consistency..

  7. 7

    Switch off the flame..your hulwa is ready.

  8. 8

    Garnish with pistachios.....crushed almonds.. and rose petals and serve...
