Ingredients

  1. 4slices of bread
  2. 4eggs beaten
  3. 2 tbspmilk
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 3apples, grated
  6. 1/2 cupchopped raisins
  7. 1/2 cuppecans (chopped or whole)
  8. 1/2 cupcaramel sauce for drizzle
  9. 1/2lemon or lime juiced

    Beat eggs and add milk and sugar

  2. 2

    Dip bread into egg mixture

  3. 3

    Grate apples with skin on. Add lemon to stop browning.

  4. 4

    Chop raisins and pecans (or whichever nut you have)

  5. 5

    Spray bottom of pan or casserole that will fit the bread with non-stick spray

  6. 6

    Place egg soaked brwad into bottom on pan in one layer

  7. 7

    Evenly distribute the apple, raisins, nuts and caramel topping.

  8. 8

    Bake in a 350°F oven for approx 40 minutes or untill set and browned
