Ingredients

  1. 15 ozcan of chick peas drained
  2. 2avocados peeled and pitted
  3. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin plus 1 tbsp for topping
  4. 1 tspsesame oil
  5. 4 tbspfresh lime juice
  6. 2-3 tbsp fresh cilantro
  7. 1 tspchopped garlic
  8. 1/2 tspground cumin
  9. 1salt and pepper to taste
  10. 1red pepper flakes for topping
  11. 1pita bread, pita chips, tortillas, pretzels or assorted veggies for dipping

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients except olive oil and red pepper flakes for topping in a food processor and cream all ingredients until really smooth.

  2. 2

    Drizzle reserved 1 tbsp olive and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

So good! I subbed tahini for the oil and added a bit of the chick pea water. Turned out great!
