Ingredients

  1. 2 cupOverripe bananas
  2. 1 cupUnsweetened applesauce
  3. 1/2 cupAvocado
  4. 2 cupWhole wheat flour
  5. 1 tspBaking soda
  6. 1/4 tspSalt
  7. 2 tbspMatcha powder (culinary grade)
  8. 3Eggs

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375.

  2. 2

    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Combine bananas, avocado, applesauce and eggs in blender and pulse until smooth.

  4. 4

    Pour wet mix into dry mix and mix together.

  5. 5

    Pour batter into greased muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
