Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 cupsrice
  • 1 handfulblended crayfish
  • 5medium sized fresh pepper
  • 1medium sized onion
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 cubeknor Maggi chicken
  • 1/4 cuppalm oil
  • 3 cupswater
  • 1/4 tablespoonokpehe

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and parboil rice

  2. 2

    Fry your pepper, crayfish and onion together

  3. 3

    Add your water and other ingredient

  4. 4

    Allow to boil for 10minutes

  5. 5

    Add your parboiled rice and allow for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with fried plantain
