Ingredients

  • 5Plum tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/2Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbspCapers
  • 1/4 cupChopped basil
  • 4 tbspOlive oil
  • 2 tbspBalsamic glaze
  • 1Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 loafFrench bread sliced thinly and put under the broiler for a few min
  • 2 cloveGarlic chopped finely or crushed
