Ingredients

  1. 5Plum tomatoes finely chopped
  2. 1/2Red onion finely chopped
  3. 2 tbspCapers
  4. 1/4 cupChopped basil
  5. 4 tbspOlive oil
  6. 2 tbspBalsamic glaze
  7. 1Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1 loafFrench bread sliced thinly and put under the broiler for a few min
  9. 2 cloveGarlic chopped finely or crushed
