Peel your bananas, clean and Slice them

Add them to a pan. Season with salt. Add a little amount of water and simmer for 5 minutes. And set aside.

Add cooking oil in a pan and let it heat. Panfry the plantain for 10 minutes season them with black pepper.

Garnish with carrot sticks.
