I prepared this stew for sunday lunch but I could not resist enjoying it with a piece of yam on a Saturday evening

Parboil chicken and spice to your taste and seasoning till it's very tender and the water is about to dry up.

Blend the fresh tomatoes with, pepper, tatashi and 1/2 onions and cook same till the water dries up.

Add vegetable oil into the already cooked chicken stock while its still on heat and Once the oil is heated up, immediately add sliced onions and ginger and garlic paste into the already heated oil and immediately add the already cooked tomato paste and stir

Allow it cook for about 5 minutes then add seasoning to taste and turn off heat; serve with white rice

Finally add the dice spring onions, stir and turn off heat immediately allow the heat cook the spring onion; serve with white boiled yam
