Ingredients

  • buns
  • 6 cupsFlour;
  • 1 cupMilk;
  • cupSugar;1
  • 1Egg;
  • 2 tspFlavour;
  • 2 tspBaking powder;
  • sachetMargarine;1/4
  • 3 tspYeast;
  • zobo drink
  • Sorrel flower(zobo flower); 10cksp
  • Pineapple peels; 1cksp
  • 1 sachetJolly juice;

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure ingredients. Sift flour, pour in all dry ingredients and rub in margarine.

  2. 2

    When it is crumby, whisk eggs and add to it.

  3. 3

    Add water and mix into a soft dough. Set aside to raise.

  4. 4

    Cut into round ball and smoothen with palm. Fry in vegetable oil.

  5. 5

    Wash and boil zobo flowers together with pineapple peels with a bowl-full of water. Sieve out the liquid and set aside to cool.

  6. 6

    Pour in the jolly juice and mix. Cool in refrigerator.

  7. 7

    Serve chilled zobo drink and buns. Enjoy!
