Buns & Zobo drink

Measure ingredients. Sift flour, pour in all dry ingredients and rub in margarine.

When it is crumby, whisk eggs and add to it.

Add water and mix into a soft dough. Set aside to raise.

Cut into round ball and smoothen with palm. Fry in vegetable oil.

Wash and boil zobo flowers together with pineapple peels with a bowl-full of water. Sieve out the liquid and set aside to cool.

Pour in the jolly juice and mix. Cool in refrigerator.

Serve chilled zobo drink and buns. Enjoy!
