This sauce was inspired by brenda and since I didn't have cooking cream, I decided to use coconut milk and it still came out amazing.

This sauce was inspired by brenda and since I didn't have cooking cream, I decided to use coconut milk and it still came out amazing.
Steps

Heat up frying pan once its hot pour the vegetable oil once the oil is hot, add onions and stir for a minute before adding tomatoes and pepper

After about 5 minutes, add the coconut milk, salt and knorr cube, allow it simmer on low heat for another 3 minutes where you can add your grilled chicken then curry powder or oregano if you wish

Finally add green bell pepper, stir and turn off the heat and serve with basmati rice
