In a large skillet, brown the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off the grease and return to the skillet.

Reduce heat and sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir around to evenly coat.

Add the milk, and stir with increased heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat.

Add in the remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes till thickened. Serve over biscuits.
