Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.sausage
  2. 1/3 CupGluten Free Flour
  3. 3 cupsmilk
  4. 1/2 pintheavy cream
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspground pepper
  7. 1 pinchgarlic powder
  8. 1 pinchonion powder
  9. 1 pinchcayenne powder
  10. to taste Siracha sauce -
  11. 1 tspWhite sugar
  12. 1 tspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large skillet, brown the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off the grease and return to the skillet.

  2. 2

    Reduce heat and sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir around to evenly coat.

  3. 3

    Add the milk, and stir with increased heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat.

  4. 4

    Add in the remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes till thickened. Serve over biscuits.
